Garden Rentals was founded in 2007 by Gary and Dennis Bollinger. Our first location is in the small town of Zeeland, N.D. (See map.) This house has been in our family for over 60 years, and we hope to offer you a comfortable place to stay while you enjoy some of the best hunting and fishing that ND has to offer.

Zeeland, ND Location: 114 3rd Ave. SW

Garden Rentals is pleased to announce the opening of our first rental location in Zeeland, North Dakota! Bookings are available by the week (3 day minimum) starting in early October. Arrangements can be made for earlier rentals. You'll find our rates very competitive, and our staff friendly and knowledgable.

This 3-bedroom 2-story house is located in the middle of prime pheasant and deer hunting (south central ND, 2 miles north of the SD border.) A separate detached garage is set up as a cleaning station with benches. See our map for location details.

Capable of sleeping up to 7 people, this property is fully furnished and incldues most common amenities. Food, beverages, and personal items are all you need to provide. You'll have access to:

separate freezer for your game,
all cooking pots and pans,
coffee maker,

bath with tub,
separate basement lavatory with shower,
radio,
television,
towels, bedding & pillowcases,
washer & dryer

This location has the following features:

Three bedrooms with pullout couch(es) will sleep up to 7 people
The house is carpeted throughout.
The house is air-conditioned with a forced air oil furnace.
